What can be created using Tweak Brand?
There are almost no limits to which of your brand designs can be set up as a template on Tweak Brand. Designs for print, digital, social and online can be created and the output options are Print Ready PDF, PDF proof, PNG and JPEG. As well as brochures, print and digital advertising, signage and large format display, many customers are strengthening their brand by bringing creative design to parts of their business which could not justify the expenditure. Designs for digital screens, client proposals, contracts, point-of-sale and stationery are among the hundreds of uses.
Using Portals to share designs
Portals allow the Tweak Brand Admin to curate selections of editable design documents. Users of the system can be invited to single or multiple portals. This allows an organization to have different sets of content available to different user types, internally or externally. Users can only see portals and designs which have been shared with them. Administrators have full oversight of all templates and designs in the system.
Managing Multiple Brands
With one Tweak Brand account, it’s possible to manage multiple brands and teams by creating Portals for each brand. The Portal can be named and branded with a brand logo and the relevant team members invited.
Is every version of a design saved?
Every design created on Tweak Brand is saved forever. Any design can be resaved as a template by an Administrator and then saved with other users. Administrators have full visibility of all designs created by users and are notified of designs requiring approvals.
Working with external agencies can result in files being delivered to marketing departments in many different file sharing methods. This can be extremely difficult to manage, and it makes sense to specify uploading to Tweak Brand when working with multiple agencies. This means that once permissions and pre-press preferences are set, you’re ready to start sharing those designs within your organization.
Creative Design Library
Tweak provides premium ready-to-go designs for social media, online advertising, point of sale and marketing, complete with premium quality imagery. These designs can be saved as templates and shared with your users in Tweak Brand Portals.
Having the correct pre-press preferences for documents to be printed is essential to achieve optimum quality and color fidelity. When designs are being uploaded by an Administrator, Pre-press settings can be set – including ICC color profile, PDF standard, bleed, single pages/spreads and trim. PDFs made with the template will always be made this way, eliminating PDFs with incorrect color fidelity or resolution. A simple Wizard option and Pro version with granular options is available in Pre-Press settings. Administrators can change the preferences for pre-press at any time.
Creating a standard set of templates for the most popular documents in an organization creates brand consistency and makes it really fast to create new versions of those documents. Templates types can be organized in folders by the Tweak Brand Administrator, ensuring a clearly understandable view for users when they log in.
Sending designs for translation can create many issues, including the longer lengths of text in some European languages. By sharing a template with your translator, it makes it easy for them to translate the text to fit in your documents. The translated design can then be saved as a template to be shared with other users.
