Petstop's solution to a digital content challenge

" We've created a self-service environment where the staff can find and download any material that they need. We can definitely see the benefits to the bottom line."

Petstop.ie is an online business, stocking a range of 12,500 products with a nationwide network of stores. Ecommerce Manager Damien Rooney sought to create a self-service solution for staff members to access thousands of assets relating to their product range. "We wanted to focus on getting all the product information, pet care sheets, and infographics for all of the different products. There were far too many files in different locations, and they were not uniform across all of our stores. We wanted to focus on a solution where we could centralize everything from our product descriptions, our product materials, our branding, our customer care sheets for the individual pets".
Getting onboarded
Having tried a variety of solutions for a central brand repository, Damien and his team settled on Tweak. "As soon as we got on board with Tweak, we found it very simple to use. A quick little training session with the guys in Tweak it was all we needed to get going. Getting up and running was a quick process of just logging in, setting up the users, setting up the individual categories and folders, and adding the data when needed. "
A self-service solution
"Tweak has helped us in this digital transformation in PetStop. Now we can see the benefits of time-saving from our staff, our managers, and our marketing department. We've created a self-service environment where the staff can find and download any material that they need. This is especially useful in busy periods around Christmas and Black Friday, when we have a lot of material to be downloaded. This saves a lot of time and effort from our marketing department in sending assets to each individual store. It is one centralized place where all the staff could find these materials. We can definitely see the benefits to the bottom line."
